1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ClientEdge AI provides voice AI automation, AI receptionist setup, and related consulting services for small and medium-sized businesses. Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
  • Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are due on the agreed billing date.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver our services
  • Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided
  • Use our services only for lawful business purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including those governing electronic communications and telemarketing

5. SMS Opt-In and Communications

When you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS communications:

  • You authorize ClientEdge AI to contact you via text message for service-related and promotional purposes
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, frameworks, and systems created by ClientEdge AI remain the intellectual property of Client Edge Solutions LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Client-specific deliverables are licensed to the client upon full payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClientEdge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Satisfaction Pledge

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our deliverables, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees owed through the termination date remain payable. ClientEdge AI reserves the right to terminate services immediately for violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
